Clear and constructive positive feedback is one of the most powerful motivating forces in existence and it's not pricy (no cost really).
The goal of this one hour Giving & Receiving Feedback training session is to understand the benefits of giving and receiving feedback in the right way. This webinar incorporates both the use of mindfulness practices and discussions on how implicit biases arise from lack of racial awareness and privilege(s).
